Tuck Asset Management
Through the generosity of Harvey Bundy III T'68, Principal, William Blair and Company, and Perry Boyle T'88, Director of Research, SAC Capital Advisors, the Center oversees a long term-only fund (The Bundy Fund) and a long/short term equity fund (The Boyle Fund) based on student-generated investment ideas. This experience prepares students for careers in the hedge fund and long term- only funds industries. The Tuck Asset Management (TAM) Program provides students with practical experience in researching, proposing and evaluating long and short positions in a multi-strategy investment portfolio.
An investment committee composed of alumni and Tuck faculty and staff vote on student proposals, sets risk limits, and provides feedback. Students submit interim reports and a final report for independent study credit.
Students conduct weekly conference calls with the investment committee to discuss markets, sectors and investment proposals.
